For recruiters · hiring partners · talent advisors

OE Fit-Map: a mirror, not a verdict.

A structured, multi-perspective conversation facilitator for role-design, candidate evaluation, and client advisory. Built on the Organizational Energetics canon. Version 0.1 (alpha).

The governing principle

"The overlay is a mirror, not a verdict. FitMap supports inquiry; it does not replace recruiter judgment."

From the OE canon, the Fit-Map tool operationalizes the multi-perspective, governed-record approach for the recruiter-client engagement. It is one of the three pathways (Explore / Apply / Embed) the OE website recommends for engaging with the discipline.

Use boundary — non-negotiable

What Fit-Map is, and what it is not.

OE Fit-Map is a v0.1 experimental alpha. It is a developmental decision-support system. It is not a validated employment-selection instrument, psychometric test, personality inventory, applicant-ranking system, or automated hire/reject tool.

Per the Logic Specification §2 Constitutional Guardrails, Fit-Map may not be used as the sole basis for hiring, promotion, compensation, discipline, reassignment, or termination. The recruiter retains full professional judgment. The tool produces a structured conversation artifact; the recruiter decides.

What Fit-Map does

Structured conversation

  • Challenge weak or inherited requisitions constructively
  • Make role demands explicit (purpose, autonomy, interfaces, evidence)
  • Distinguish similarity from complementarity
  • Surface company-side conversion risks
  • Generate better interview prompts and 90-day evidence plans
  • Create a versioned advisory artifact for the client
What Fit-Map is not

Not a verdict

  • Not a culture-fit conformity screen
  • Not a personality inventory or permanent OE type
  • Not a candidate leaderboard or percentile ranking
  • Not a substitute for job analysis, references, legal review
  • Not a system that invents traits or protected-class inferences
  • Not hire/reject language — those are recruiter decisions
How it works

Three steps from requisition to versioned report.

1

Gather perspectives

Multi-perspective input: Candidate self-reflection + Recruiter evidence + Client context + Team supply. Each layer kept separate; never averaged into artificial consensus.

2

Compute overlays

Deterministic scoring per the Logic Specification §7. 8 Energetic Functions + 8 Green Zone conditions. Candidate working signals (expressed resonance, underused capacity, overextension, development opportunity). No inferential leaps.

3

Generate governed report

Spider chart + 13-section report template. Source-labelled. Versioned. Limit-labeled. Suitable for client presentation and audit trail.
