A practical orientation to the distinctions that make Organizational Energetics useful without asking you to adopt a finished doctrine.
1. Resources are potential. ATP is usable now.
Organizational ATP is the portion of organizational capacity immediately available for coordinated action. Talent, capital, information, technology, authority, relationships, and purpose can all exist without becoming usable together.
What exists
Talent, signals, capital, technology, purpose, relationships.
What must hold
Clarity, trust, authority, role fit, access, feedback, workflow, ethics.
What becomes usable
Coordinated action, judgment, adaptation, learning, and meaningful work.
2. The Energetic Delta
The Energetic Delta is the difference between what an organization appears capable of doing and what it can repeatedly bring into reality. Installation is not implementation; formal ownership is not lived capability.
3. The ATP Green Zone
The Green Zone is the dynamic operating range in which ATP is sufficient, directed, recoverable, and sustainable for the present objective pathway. The goal is not maximum activity. It is controlled, regenerative capacity.
4. Energetic Resonance
Resonance is relational, not typological. It asks how a person, role, team, operating system, purpose, and objective pathway interact to amplify or obstruct meaningful contribution. The overlay is a mirror, not a verdict.
5. RIUAE

The Comparative Lens Protocol
- Honor the incumbent lens: state what the established discipline sees well.
- Define its scope: name the governing question it is designed to answer.
- Locate the residue: identify what remains difficult to connect or act upon.
- Apply OE: state what becomes newly visible.
- Return sovereignty: let the more precise discipline remain primary.
