Green Zone conditions

Rate the receiving team/organization's operating conditions. Each condition has 6 signal items (2 Under, 2 Green, 2 Over). v0.1 prototype uses a single Green-signal rating per condition. Full 6-item scoring available in v0.2.

Review & generate report

Confirm the assessment is complete. Generation runs deterministic scoring per OE FitMap Logic Specification §7–9.
